I want to specifically base this review on one of your customer service people by the name of Desiree. We submit sensitive information about ourselves and regardless of the outcome of a loan. I think we deserve at least a phone call to be told of the outcome? We were told that she will call us back, I take it that we were not qualified which is fine well not fine but we understand.

When we first applied it was literally after we pushed the 'submit' button we had a person call us, requesting this information and that information which we submitted. I think we deserve at least a phone call or an email to be told whether we were successful or not don't you think?
If this is what you call 'great customer service' well all I can say is there's room for improvement in that area.
